We are heading into our final term of Year 5! With that in mind, our collective aim this term must be for our children in Year 5 to continue to embed excellent habits and learning behaviours, which will allow for good levels of progress to be secured by the end of year and the for the high expectations of Year 6 to become realistic and achievable. Please ensure your child is keeping their record of what they read, in their reading record books, throughout the week. Whilst children are acquiring greater personal independence, we nevertheless continue to appreciate your support in ensuring your child’s readiness for school each day, including a punctual arrival time: please refer to the calendar below to see which day(s) particular items are required. Home learning is expected to be handed in on time and of good quality. Thank you.
